The Savoy Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Cluster Sporaltec, have organised a collective stand in hall B2 of the

 Outdoor Trade Fair in Friedrichshafen from
17^th to  20^th  July 2008.

Therefore, we propose a common reception and advertising area for the companies subscribing to our operation. Our objective is :
- to help them in their preparation for the trade fair
- to organise activities on the stand
- to set up advertising actions in France and abroad (Press office dossier with Ubifrance)
- to set up common communication aids such as a  presentation film  !

Advantages for the participating companies:
 The Outdoor Trade Fair is a renowned international trade fair for the sector. The companies in this sector are small and medium-sized companies working with major international companies. Therefore, by grouping together, they will be able to present themselves in a way that is more structured, organised and visible, and which will supplement their own actions. A large number of communication actions will be set up for the group of companies.

Expectations and market difficulties:
The outdoor market is rapidly developing and there is more and more international competition. The companies in the sector must adopt a strategy of international presence very rapidly, without necessarily being structured for this. Collective support in a trade fair of this size is therefore an opportunity for some of the companies, and will enable them to exhibit in easier conditions. The logistical and financial support during the operation will be a precious help.
